Fork Biscuits

Yummy fork biscuits are super easy to make and a great treat !

You will need :

Yummy i decorated mine

4oz of butter
2oz of caster sugar
6oz of self raising flour ]

 

Pre heat the oven to 180 degrease

Cream  the butter and sugar and add the flour 

roll into balls the size of a 50 pence outwards

Bake on a bking tray thats lined with baking sheets

They will look pale golden brown on the out side and light in the middle

These can be iced or left both are a tastey treat
